Flat broke and some

Saturday Aug 25, 2007

Back to school has cost me a fortune this year! I am now officially flat broke until next pay day. So broke its not even funny.. Diva didnt have to have too much clothes wise but shoes, socks, and underwear are not cheap. Bug had to have the same with a few more things which wasnt cheap either. Sugar had to have an ENTIRE new wardrobe because she has worn the same clothes for awhile now and they are all kinda raggedy.. She hasnt gotten much bigger over the last year and half to 2 years so her clothes have fit her for awhile. It was time for new ones. That was what was so expensive. All she had was play clothes. And that kid goes through shoes like crazy. We go through atleast a pair of shoes a month with her. She is extremely tough on shoes!

Now a week from today my baby turns 1. I think im going to cry next weekend.
Some updated pictures below:

Nothing much else to share today..

That’s a great share, It took me back a few years to when my five were young. I remember how hard it was to clothe and she them all for school. Wyatt is sure a cutie.
Thanks for bringing back some nice memories, Ivy. Michele

It’s hard to believe that we all could once do that foot-in-mouth thing, Ivy. Now the only way we do it is figuratively–and it’s a bad thing. On the other hand, (foot?) I don’t really think I want to taste my feet anyway.

wyatt is such a cutie!! i can’t believe he’s already turning one! I love the pic with his foot in his mouth - too funny!!

oiii - the boob thing…i’m an f before pregnancy…my outcome doesn’t look good LOL!! Whenever i’m done having kids my plan is to get a reduction because they hurt normally and give me a backache and shoulderache.

i have to eat every two hours now too. it’s annoying because most of the time i just can’t put anything in there! UGH!

SO CUTE, IVY!!!!!

I can imagine school must be SO EXPENSIVE! With one child, it would be crazy! With 3 school children? Oh my goodness! You’re a good mother - making sure your kids have what they need for school.

Now that it’s started, is it nice having some time - not really to “yourself” - but a bit of a break during the day?

Your baby is so cute! My sister has three kids and was telling me how much she had to pay just for school supplies and now they even charge them for the textbooks (and they don’t even get to keep them)?! What’s that all about?
